Payment is taken in full and up front for all commissions. Payment will be requested through PayPal using invoices. Requests will come from GabbyDraws.
-
If the commission isn’t working out for either me or the buyer a full refund will be given within a timely manner. A refund can be requested at the beginning of a commission, there will be no refunds for a finished piece.
-
References are required to better fulfill commissions and minimizes chances of miscommunication.
I accept: photos, drawings (with permission from owner), screenshots, collages, and mood boards.
-
When the piece is finished it will be sent to you in its full size. I would prefer to send the file(s) to you either through dropbox, email, or discord to maintain quality. If none of these options work for you please share which way is best to receive the commission. Buyers are welcome to use the finished commission as an icon, banner, background, or on toyhou.se as long as you do not remove my signature and put credit somewhere accessible. Buyers are also allowed to post or share their commissions as long as my watermark is not removed and proper credit is accessible. I will most likely ask the buyers permission to post the commission to my social media, and also ask to tag them in the post. Please feel free to decline either request.
-
Time frame between commissions will vary depending on the complexity of the request. For most simple commissions buyers can expect the piece to be finished between 5-7 days. As commissions are not my primary source of income and personal issues may arise please give adequate time for me to complete my work. Buyers will be notified of any issues that may delay work.
I allow for requests of fanart, ocs, ship art, pet portraits, and character sheets. Suggestive and sexual content can only be requested by buyers who are 18 years or older. I reserve the right to request proof of age. Federal law prohibits the production and distribution of pornographic imagery or content to minors under 18 years of age. It is also illegal to knowingly make a commercial communication via the Internet that includes obscenity and is available to any minor less than 18 years of age (See 47 U.S.C. § 231 –Child Online Protection Act of 1998).
